Returns and Refunds Policy

Change of Mind Returns

1.1. If you change your mind about a product, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

1.2. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

1.3. You are responsible for the cost of return postage or delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Products

2.1. If a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it to arrange a return, refund or exchange.

2.2. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or fault.

2.3. Once we have received the product, we will assess the damage or fault and provide you with a refund, exchange or repair at our discretion.

2.4. If a product is found to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage or delivery.

Refunds

3.1. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the returned product.

3.2. If the product is returned due to change of mind, we will refund the purchase price minus any delivery costs.

3.3. If the product is returned due to being faulty or damaged, we will refund the purchase price plus any delivery costs.

Exchanges

4.1. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to arrange an exchange.

4.2. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

4.3. You are responsible for the cost of return postage or delivery, as well as any difference in price between the original and replacement product.

Cancellation of Orders

5.1. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

5.2. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5.3. If the order has already been dispatched, you may still cancel the order, but you will be responsible for the cost of return postage or delivery.

No Returns or Refunds for Custom Orders

6.1. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

6.2. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or fault.
